High Country Tour

This tour gives us the opportunity to explore some wonderful roads a bit further away from the city than we manage with other tours. This tour takes us along the western slopes and the Murray Valley and into Victoria and some very special roads in Alpine areas there. We then head along the Murray Valley and back into NSW and the Snowy Mountains, then a cruise back towards home.
Day 1.
We kick off the tour from Jugiong, just off the Highway between Yass and Gundagai. We travel on back roads, bypassing Batlow and Tumbarumba before heading to Jingellic for lunch. We then take in the Murray Valley Way into Victoria. and beautiful Murray Valley before turning into the western slopes of the Snowy Mountains. We experience everything from rich farmland, dense forests, alpine meadows and the high peaks of the Snowies before heading into our hotel on the shores of Lake Jindabyne.
Day 2.
The day kicks off with a very special drive deep into Victoria’s Alpine area before heading back to the beautiful Murray Valley before turning into the western slopes of the Snowy Mountains. We experience everything from rich farmland, dense forests, alpine meadows and the high peaks of the Snowies before heading into our hotel on the shores of Lake Jindabyne.
Day 3.
The day kicks off with fantastic run through the high plains before heading north and into the Brindabella Ranges, we then take to the outskirts of Canberra before taking in one last special stage before hitting the highway and home.
The Cost
The tour is $2,000/car (2 people max) and includes bed and breakfast each night as well as a access to the brilliant TourBoss App to keep you on track. I will be there to smooth the way and ensure that everything runs as it should.
