Melbourne Man and all round nice bloke Bob Minouge (He is the “tosser” with the flat cap, John Lennon Glasses and loose tie) flew a Manx Norton from Melbourne to Goodwood to enter the Barry Sheene Memorial Trophy Race. At 71 Bob is a bit beyond throwing the bike around himself but with the help of Jim Scaysbrook (far right) and Bob Rosenthal (in the saddle) they finished a very credible 16th (Beating Wayne Gardner).
As Bob says, “It is impossible to describe the atmosphere unless you are there.”
It is guys like Bob who set the atmosphere and make it all possible.
Well Done Mate
